Had a gas leak at the property and although I managed to get an appointment for 7am, Sara (office manager) called me back to advise that someone is able to attend right now. Very thankful for her call back as I can't imagine what would have happened if we had waited. Ben attended the property and explained clearly the situation and what needs to be done. He managed my expectations and was clear about the costs I would expect in the worst case scenario. He took photos and short videos as well! They were quick at finding where the leak was (thank goodness they are pros or I can't imagine the bill!) and fixed it promptly. It was the best outcome in a really bad situation. Very lucky I called the right people for the job!!! Thank you Sara & Ben!!

Alec assisted on Sunday late evening and promptly organised Ryan to come out on Monday. By end of Tuesday Ryan & Ben rectified the plumbing issue. Very punctual, reliable & trustworthy. Thank you

Had issue with having cold shower, was thinking of replacing the water tank (5 years old). Called Expand Plumbing (based on good reviews they have) and they sent Ben to our place within hours. He then simply clean the valve and we got hot water again with very reasonable fee (no call out fee). Ben was fantastic and explained to us the problems clearly. Highly recommended!!

Thank you Alec and Sarah! I know diddly squat about water pipes, so when our front water meter was going off like a frog in a sock, and it was almost 5pm - needless to say, I got a bit panicked. Sarah sent me the easy-to-navigate booking form, and instantly, Alec was on his way. Alec figured it was a water corp issue and he very accommodatingly called them for me and explained the issue. The nicest, fastest and professional service I have had in a long time. Expand to the rescue!
