I’ve never used their services but am here to caution against what was the troubling road behaviour by this vehicle on Sunday 25 May on the Monash Freeway. This driver was cutting across 4 lanes constantly, driving at speed behind other vehicles and then in the far right lane just before Glen Iris decided he wanted to exit and at speed cut across 4 lanes almost hitting a barrier and causing the cars in front to brake hard to avoid accidents themselves. The driver was driving that way from the city and I would question whether they were fit to even be behind the wheel of the vehicle. No one had a road rage issue it was just such dangerous driving that cars were trying to avoid at all cost.

I rung Moe with a couple of small jobs, he rang me straight away and was in completing them within a couple of hours. He was professional and gave us some expert opinions about a few things, even telling us to wait where most people would take the money and run. He even followed up after. Nothing but praise for this company.

I had a excellent experience with Complex Plumbing & Maintenance. I had an emergency plumbing issue and they came to the rescue. They were knowledgeable and took their time explaining the problem and gave me advice and tips on how to avoid having this problem happening again. The price was fair and affordable. I highly recommend them.

1 STAR: I arranged for them to come and inspect the problem and no one turned up. I've taken time off work to stay home and despite my attempts to contact them, I haven't had a response. Very unprofessional. EDIT: 3 STAR: they contacted me to apologise as they had vehicle problems. Arranged for next day appointment, & they arrived on time, completed the job quickly, efficiently at a reasonable price. If they had communicated with me earlier regarding reason for not turning up to first appointment, I would have given them a higher rating.
