Called up as I had an issue with my hot water. I thought I was going to need a full replacement. After taking a look at it, it turned out to be a simple fix, that didn't require a new system. Jack is the most honest tradie I've engaged, and will be the first I call if I ever have any plumbing issues.

Great communication, fast professional service at reasonable price and total respect and patience whilst dealing with my elderly mother with dementia . Jack also noticed a faulty valve which was western water property snd made a call to them to come out to replace valve he went above and beyond for my mum something you don't see often so was really appreciated. I highly recommend city west plumbing for all your plumbing needs thank you city west and thank you jack!

Very expensive rude guy with shit quality work. Not recommend at all as fixed my taps but still too many issues and not worked as per quoted. I face too many issues yet as work was not done properly n professionally also not as per commitment.

These guys are honest and super efficient. No attendance fee charged or even mentioned on the call. Had a solar hot water system leaking and they identified immediately it's the frost detection valve issue. Got it replaced and there is no more leaking. Keep up the good work! Highly recommended!

10/10 service! Responded super fast, came onsite and inspected and detected the issues promptly. Everything works as good as new again! Highly recommend to anyone needing a fair, reasonable and experienced plumber! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!
