Had briggs come in to find a leak somewhere behind the wall and new hot water cylinder at the same time . Fast response to come out and a smooth process of finding the issue and resolving it the boys on site were professional and polite and cost was better than I thought it would be. I have used briggs plumbing twice now and both times been excellent. Love to support a small local business

Deep disappointment with the level of service I have received thus far. It has taken over a month—and several weeks more—just to receive a quote for a potential project, despite multiple follow-ups. The repeated delays and last-minute rescheduling, most recently by the receptionist left me questioning the reliability and efficiency of this company. This project is valued at over $40,000, and frankly, if this is the level of responsiveness during the quoting phase, I am concerned about what to expect during execution. Trust and communication are key in any professional relationship, especially for a job of this scale. Right now, both feel severely lacking. Also, a rude receptionist that talks over you and feels the continuous excuses are justifiable. Go back to the drawing board and get your scheduling correct.

I was very happy with with Briggs Plumbing and the open lines of communication at every stage and no matter how many times I changed the plans on them ,nothing was a hassle.Damien and his team always had great response times ,cleaned up afterwards and was always happy to answer any questions thrown at them .
