I recently engaged ASAP plumbing to assist us with an abundance of plumbing issues at our investment property in Launceston. As we live in WA, prior to ASAP’s support we have felt stressed and spent a tone of funds on finding a resolution without getting one. Roderik came into the picture and has since made our concerns go away, his communication is unmatched, I never feel out of the loop and the work has resolved all issues. They are an honest, professional company and I couldn’t recommend Roderik any more highly. I will continue to use their services as long as we own this property.

We had a fantastic experience with Roderick and his team, Our hot water system was failing and we were concerned, as it was located in the roof that we would have serious issues if we didn't address it quickly, Roderick came out in a timely manner within a day of contact and gave us a honest and accurate quote to replace the hot water system, He then ordered it and returned to replace within a week, relocated the new system it to a safer location, and then dealt with the old unit. Must admit my husband and i got quite a shock to find his team onside early this morning on time and had everything installed before lunch time. Fantastic work, Highly recommend!

We had an issue with our septic system. Rod was quick to get to our place, diagnose the issue, devise a plan that minimised the cost to us and promptly organised the subsequent works to repair the pipe which was 1.5m below surface. He did a great job, highly recommend.
