It has been an absolute pleasure working with the AquatekTeam. They were competent and professional from the first contact until the job was done. Kristina was my first contact and she’s an absolute legend. She knows her stuff and gave invaluable advice. Jake and his installation team did a phenomenal job installing the new system and removing the old solar system from the roof despite the scorching heat. They did not just hand over the manual and run but stayed until everything was set up and they had convinced themselves that the water was heating up. I cannot recommend the Aquatek team enough.

We're so happy we found Aquatek to replace our hot water system. Jake was fantastic. He assessed he old, broken system and explained the best options in an easy to understand way. We decided to go with a heat pump system and booked it in. Rather than have water running out of the old system for days, Christina called and offered to install a temporary system at no extra charge to put us over for 4 days. This worked extremely well and was such a relief that we didn't need cold showers. Jake and colleagues removed the old solar system from the roof, carefully and left the roof tidy with all old piping removed. The new system (pictured) was installed in a really neat way and the whole area was left clean and tidy. Jake clearly takes pride in doing a great job. Thank you

I was very impressed with Aquatek. During the recent heatwave, after many years of faithful service, our front garden tap died. Not an emergency but still not ideal when it’s 43 in the shade. This was on the Wednesday night. The following morning before work I sent off an email to several plumbers to see who could replace the tap. Kristina at Aquatek replied quickly (well before business hours) detailing their availability and conditions. I secured a time slot for the Friday. Cooper , the plumber, arrived on time and was friendly and professional. The next time I need a plumber I will contact Aquatek.

Was delighted with the service provided by Jake today. I was in full panic mode after the failure of my old solar hot water service which was groaning and spouting water. Prior to coming to fix the problem, Jake very patiently and thoroughly led me through the process of cutting off the water to the solar tank via a long phone call, to tide me over until he arrived. When he came Jake was on time, worked very efficiently, and explained what he was doing all along, answering any questions I had. He very effectively solved my problems in such good time that he was also able to fix a couple of other small plumbing problems that I had been putting up with for quite a while. I very happily recommend Aquatek to anyone looking for timely, reliable and honest plumbing assistance. My previous plumber retired, and after this experience I will be using Aquatek whenever I need plumbing assistance in the future.

We had Jake from Aquatek attend to a plumbing issue as we have used them previously. They were again,very professional ,the job was fixed promptly and the pricing was reasonable. Congratulations Jake and team on being honest and reliable.
