The plumber they sent me did not want to do any work and suggested that I do it myself. Then had nerve to send a $130 bill including 1 hour labour. Managements resolution was to pay for a second call-out , and perform a fix that was questioned by another plumbing expert I spoke to after this weird experience. In detail I have a drain smell. Another plumber said installing an air admittance valve could help- since there are no blockages. Yet Aqualine refused and said on the second call out they will extend my vent pipe- who wants a long flapping pipe on their roof if there is a better way and pay through the nose for it. Totally flabbergasted.

My hotwater system died on a Friday afternoon and on Monday these guys had a replacement unit which was installed. Great service!
