Brad did the plumbing on our two bathroom renovations and we highly recommend him. He was pleasant to deal with, nothing was too much trouble. He installed 2 toilets, 2 vanities and all the tapware. He cleaned up afterwards extremely well. We will be passing his details on to all our friends who need a plumber. Very reasonably priced too. We will definitely use him again when needed.

Brad was fantastic to deal with. Great communication from start to finish, arrived exactly when arranged and even sent a text to let us know he was on his way. He did a great job fixing our bathroom issue, the price was very reasonable, and he cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend

Brad was a superstar the other evening. Despite being home and exhausted he came out at 21:00 to fix a major issue at my elderly mum's house - saved the day and night! And a true gentleman from my brief encounter with him. Will definitely ask him again (hopefully at a more reasonable hour) if I need a plumber again.

After being quoted $2354 from another company to fix a leaking tap, Bradley turned up to do the same job for just over $300. He was polite and professional the whole way through. My mixer tap was replaced and the issue solved on less than an hour. I wouldn't bother going to any other companies, once you have great service from him, you have a great plumber for life! Thank you for the great work you have done. 👏👏👏

I have an older house, with old drains that have moved over time, are a combo of plastic and terracotta and a few bits of metal hear and there, just enough to add some rust into the combo. Bradley was Amazing! He is like me, in that he can see the jovial side to situations. He was Brilliant at explaining things to me about my pipes that had never been explained to me as clearly, simply and in a visual way. I now have a much better understanding of how and why the roots get into my pipes. I never knew there were many pipes joined together to make up my sewer line. (I had thought it was just a long pie across the back, a few angle pieces and some joins, near breather holes, then another long section down the side of the house and out to the road.) Bradley first cleared out the main blockage(roots and toilet) then after a quick chat about what he had achieved thus far, i mentioned a product i had used to try to clear my long hair from the drain . Without a thought Bradley was on to it. He checked my shower and basin drains. He was incredible to watch and fantastic at explaining what the black liquid was that he came across. Apparently there is a section of metal between the taps and drain. It rusts over time and hair gets hooked on it. (When your hair goes down to your waist, this can cause quite an issue! - it's lucky I just cut it shorter!) After a bit of a work out Bradley has the drains running clear. His service was impeccable, he went beyond what other plummers have done in the past. He cleared sections that were an issue a few days after my previous plummers visit. He was polite, friendly, funny, curtious, non judgemental, efficient, tidy, well spoken, gave clear, precise information and feedback along with advice on future jobs I could think about, in a non pushy or confrontational manner. I would feel happy and comfortable to have Bradley back again and would happily recommend his services :-)
