Exceptional service by Ben, well communicated and no pressure to fit a new hot water service when he came to check on a fault. Our hot water unit did need replacing and he fitted us in immediately to do the work so we weren't without hot water. Tremendous professional job with all rubbish and old hot water unit removed. Cannot recommend highly enough, we will definitely call on him in the future for any plumbing needs.
