Huge thanks to the team at Adelaide Expert Plumbing & Gas! Everyone was super friendly and easy to deal with, and the communication throughout the job was excellent. They did a really tidy, high-quality install—replacing our old instant gas hot water system with a heat pump. It wasn’t the easiest setup, but they handled the tricky parts like pros, including solving a drain issue and figuring out the best way to install the unit. There was no existing drain, so they had to locate a suitable vent, get through a brick wall, and connect a new drain to it—all done cleanly and efficiently. You can tell they genuinely care about finding the best solution for the customer. Great craftsmanship, great value, and just a really solid experience overall. Highly recommend!

Michael and his team were fantastic to deal with from start to finish. Michael quickly found the cause of our plumbing issue on his first visit and came up with a solution, but when it turned out the fix wouldn’t work for the specific section of pipe (without a full rip-up and bathroom reno), he didn’t give up. He came back multiple times, tried different ideas, and ultimately found a solution that worked. He was super professional, punctual, and genuinely lovely both on the phone and in person, and always made us feel reassured while trying to save us from unnecessary costs. Highly recommend!

I rang Michael at 10:00 am yesterday (2 December 2025), and he immediately set the wheels in motion. By 2:00 pm the same day, Aiden was at our home conducting a thorough diagnostic of our failing hot water system. He clearly explained the issues, spoke directly with our landlady, and provided well-considered options based on operating cost, capital cost, and risk. At 8:00 am this morning, a two-man team — Ross and Mitch — arrived right on time. Their professionalism was evident from the outset. They worked efficiently and respectfully throughout the day, completing the full installation of the new hot water system by 2:00 pm. The electrician who drove from Victor Harbour to make sure we had hot water for the evening connected the system at 5:30 pm, and by 7:30 pm, we had hot water flowing again. The entire process, from the initial call to having a fully functioning system, took barely over 24 hours. The coordination between team members, the clarity of communication, the quality of work, and the respect shown in our home were all exceptional. Adelaide Expert Plumbing and Gas demonstrated true expertise, efficiency, and value for money. Our family is deeply grateful for their outstanding work and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone jaded and tired of pretenders. Ross turned up early (advised in advance) and he was very friendly and had clear communication. Prices were stated up front with no surprises. He finished the job asap and left our place neat and tidy. We'd recommend Ross and AEP&G 👍
