Best Christmas present, my hot water died 23rd Dec 2025, it took one phone call to Absolute Plumbing for Robert to come out on the day to assure me that he would install a new gas heater the next day which happened. I contacted Absolute Plumbing Solutions about a blocked drain. I spoke with Robert, and he organised Peter within the hour. Peter did some investigating and figured out where the blockage was and how it could be fixed. The drain was unblocked within 2 hours and water flowing through the drain once again. I would highly recommend Absolute Plumbing solutions to family and friends. A local friendly team. Excellent customer service and very reliable. I'll be using them again!

Rob & his team were exceptional. They were professional, very experienced & knowledgeable. Our basic bathroom renovation turned out to be more complicated than anticipated, but Rob was only to keen to advise & follow through with a very professional attitude & service. Robert was a calm and assuring voice when we first contacted Absolute Plumbing Solutions about a mains leak. He was the first we called and I guess we got lucky! Couldn’t have asked for a better person as we were to find out. He explained the situation clearly and offered possible solutions (as we had no idea), and was very considerate and empathetic to our concerns. Even though public holidays were around the corner he assured us we’d be looked after. He was true to his word. On the next available day, he was very responsive and punctual, and managed the situation from start to finish in a highly professional manner. We were kept informed and ultimately I was very impressed by his skill and the quality of the job completion. I got to know Robert well through our and he’s a top bloke and family man. Thank you for all your help and peace of mind in what was a stressful period for the family.
