DO NOT BOOK THIS PLUMBER. Alex offered decent service the 1st time, but charged me more than the 'flat fee' advertised on his website. But I thought to be generous in spirit, so when another blockage came up again, I called him, and he sent someone else. That was a bad decision by me. Let's start with basic care and consideration for others. Neither of them reminded me of the extra surcharge for Sunday service. I could have waited. Never got mentioned. Rush to make some $$. I then got charged for a camera+snake+jet clean at 2 hours costing $1,500. OK, I get it, I was a busy schmuck. At the end of the job, I was told that the problem was not solved, and on Monday, they would need to dig 2 metres down to fix the broken main and put a white cap on top which would cost $6,200. They said they would then continue scanning with the camera to look for other roots and cracks, and either relining or more digging would need to happen. I was suspicious when this was being brought up, and I had previously asked for the pictures from the camera to see the damage, blockage and roots. Image #1 with the pink blockage is from ABCO - the timestamp (date and time) is from the previous day's evening, not the morning from our job. The surface tile and the pipe colour are different to the next photos from our place. Image #2 & 3 are from our regular guys from Gow Plumbing who came on the Monday, who charged me $500+GST to finish the job, and pointed out the discrepancies between the images. I am disappointed at ABCO as I have offered them multiple opportunities to address this issue. My review here is the start of a lengthy process for me to ensure that a local customer does not get tricked.

Alex was so warm, welcoming and made us feel apart of his family. He worked step by step through the best advice, what he would do as opposed to also saying the cheapest option possible. He was upfront and provided the best and most suitable advice for the seriousness of the job. He was absolutely brilliant and I would not hesitate for a second to recommend him to family or friends. Definite keeper! The toilet flushes, pipes including roots removed and bagged for us to dispose of easily. Thanks again Alex!!

I had a burst pipe under the basin on Saturday night around 11.30pm and I contacted Abco. Alex came out within half hour and rectified the issue right away. He was very friendly and reasonably priced. Best plumber around. Would definitely use this company again as they are trustworthy and honest. Must use them for all your plumbing needs.

We called Joey out due to an overflowing toilet. He looked at it, diagnosed it and fixed it in record time. He was tidy during the fix, explain what happened and provided tips on how to prevent it in the future. Reasonably priced, good chats and smelled really nice. You could tell he loved his job and is super friendly. Couldn’t recommend enough 10/10

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 I had an excellent experience with Alex, who recently completed some plumbing work at my home. He was punctual, professional, and highly skilled. Alex quickly identified the issue, explained what needed to be done in simple terms, and completed the job efficiently with great attention to detail. Everything is working perfectly now! I also appreciated how tidy he left the workspace afterward. I’d highly recommend Alex to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy plumber.
