I asked this company to replace my laundry sink. See below photos for what I was left with. Fair enough that removing the tiles behind the sink was necessary to install the new sink, but did they really have to rip a hole in the wall & leave such a careless mess? I still haven't been able to find a tiler willing to come & do such a small job - its not worth their time, or they want to charge me $800. And the sealant should have been white not grey.

They were very nice, polite and knew what the problem was. Fitted new toilet and unblocked drains in 2 and half hours. I took a star off because I booked on Sunday and couldn't get a plumber here until Tuesday.

Had the most amazing experience dealing with ABA trades.... Firstly my hot water system decided to stop working. Contacted ABA trades and immediately I had Sam inspect and provide me with options on what to do. Sam was thorough and efficient organising a new system, parts etc. Within a few hours a new system arrived. Another team member, Trent then removed the old system but didn't just install the new system straight away. He actually took the time to clean the area which was filled with dust, cobwebs, and general dirt. It didn't end there, Trent then mopped the floors and asked whether the area was clean enough before he installed the new system. I was highly impressed! A few weeks later I had to contact ABA trades again as I had a blocked kitchen sink. Shaun was super quick at fixing the block drains and advised on some simple tricks to help keep them clean for the future. ABA trades are a 5 star quality company who are very professional, honest, reliable and proficient. The communication I received from start to finish is outstanding. I would highly recommend ABA trades, give them a go!!

We had a leak in our toilet and opted to contact our nearest plumber ABA . We booked our on line request and had no reply after 24 hours. We rang the direct phone number but were diverted to an automated reply. We tried the following day via the on line help which suggested a direct call back. Still no reply after another full day . Called direct number twice more and got diverted.Left messages. 48 hours and got zero response. Called another plumber , all done booked and given an estimate. Took 5 minutes in total. ABA , woeful.
