Amazing service, can't recommend highly enough. Graham responded promptly to my initial enquiry and provided great information about replacement options for our hot water system on short notice. Graham came to our crisis. Hot water system packed up towards evening. Nothing worst than having a cold water shower in the evening. He came to our assistant after his last job around 4:30pm to install a new hot water system replacing the over 10 yo gas system. We choose the electric heat pump iStore that he recommended. Next day the electrician arrived in to install a permanent power point without any fuss. Also thank you for carefully removing the old system that was held together by rust. Graham came out in less than an hour of calling him and fixed our shower pipe issue which he then installed 2 x shower rails. He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. Next time we have a plumbing issue he will be the first call we make.
